Advertising Creative Director: it is a job, and people who create the new branding and advertising fits in with the client's requirements to promote for their company or product and help the client to creative decisions about how the promotion will be run well. When I was a middle school student, it was the first tiem I heard about advertising creative director. I did not know what they do withing the advertising business, but I always liked to create things so, I was interested in the job. As a result, I joined the advertising major in my university. I finally found out what the advertising creative director is, and sould really like to have this job in the future. The job would be beneficial to me for 3 reasons: happiness, succeed life, and purpose.
First of all, I want to be an advertising creative director because it would make me happiness. It has been my dream job since I was younger. Even though the directors have to do lots of work, it does not matter to me. I think nothing could be better than the achievement of dream job in social life. I like to travel, and there is opportunity that the directors usually go oversees a creative department.
I want to be an advertising creative director because I can have succeed life. People in public department have equal rights that people, who are low position, do not need to mind the others and say their ideas freely, so I can work with liberty and flexibility. If I am a famous director, people will know me. I will attain social status. Furthermore, I might teach about advertising which means also that I am going to be busy, so I can earn lots of money. I can gain the rich and fame.
Finally, I want to be the advertising creative director because it would give me a higher purpose. People can see advertisements everywhere and anytime. So I heard that people know Seoul which is capital of Korea more than Korea a country because we had World-cup in 2002. At that time, the Korean government advertised about Seoul World-cup, so it is easy to introduce our city to the world by advertisements. I want to be the one who lets people know about Korea and introduce Korea to the whole world by my advertising. Actually, it is so sad that some people from other countries do not know much about Korea until now.
there are several reasons for I want to be an advertising creative director. I will be extremely happy; moreover, I can be proud of myself from the job. I am excited about my future life with my dream job.

Ondol, the under-floor heating system, is one of the Korean traditional innovations. It has a history of more than 2000 years. In the twentieth century, many Korean traditional things have changed to Western style, but Koreans are still using this heating system even though they live in apartments or Western-style houses where a hot-water system is used instead of smoke to warm the floor. The Korean heating system is very useful to keep the room warm during the winter as well as cool during the summer. Moreover, foreigners are increasingly interested in this heating system.
The main materials of Ondol are flat stones and mud, and it consists of fireplace or stove(Korean: Agungi), also used for cooking, flat stones(Korean: Gudeuljang), and chimney. In the process of building a house, the system needs to make drains, the pathway for smoke, under the floor. Flat stones are laid on them, and covered with mud on. The system needs to make a chimney at the end of the pathway. When someone lights the fireplace, the warm air goes through the pathway and to outside through chimney. While the warm air is going through, it heats flat stones. Therefore, people can feel that the floor is warm. It is a very scientific system because the cold-air is heavier than the hot-air meaning that the cold-air is in the lower part of the room. When the cold-air is heated, it goes to the upper part, so it is circulation that the whole air in the room will become warmer.
The under-floor heating system was used by the Romans but was invented by the Koreans in the Bronze Age. however, their system was based on Hypocause. Initially the rich preserved it, and it became commonplace in public buildings and villas, particularly in the colder regions of the Roman Empire. Furthermore, the hypocause continued to be used in the Islamic world. By the twelfth century, Muslim engineers in Syria introduced an improved central heating system which was widely used in the bathroom in the Middle Ages.

From Ashes to Skyscrapers
Have you ever heard about ‘The miracle of Han-river’? It is a catch-phrase which expresses the remarkable growth of Korea. It was made at first in 1988, when the Summer Olympics were held in Seoul. At that time many foreigners visited Korea, and they were very surprised to see the phenomenal growth of Korea. It is said that they were so shocked that they were confused if they are really staying in Korea which went through a civil war and partitioned the country. How could Korea achieve phenomenal growth like that? In 1970s’ there was one national campaign which played a decisive role in developing the country and brought remarkable growth in Korea. Let me outline the effects of that movement in two sides: the economic side and the spiritual side.
One effect of ‘New Community Movement’ is economic growth. As a part of this movement, the government developed a variety of technologies intensively and spread those technologies to the public companies so that they could extend their business freely. At that time, many prominent enterprises like Samsung, Hyundai, and LG grew rapidly with aid from the government, so they could carry out a decisive role in the development of the export industry. If it were not for the collaboration of government and private companies, Korea could not get worldwide fame as an export leading country. This technology-developing movement was also applied to the agricultural community. The government popularized well-developed agricultural technology so that farmers could promote efficiency. Also, famers could be educated and have new farming appliances. As a result, famers decreased cost and increased output a lot! Agricultural community could be more productive, fertile and richer than before. Also, the government built and reformed a great deal of infrastructure during the period of this movement. Many bridges, buildings and roads were built and reformed at that time. Those works improved citizen’s living environment much better than before.
Another effect of ‘New Community Movement’ is spiritual growth. Actually, before this movement, Koreans were somewhat cold-hearted because they couldn’t overcome poverty and the disaster of war. So they could not afford to help and care for others. But ‘New Community Movement’ inspired the cooperative sprit. It also encouraged citizens to help each other to overcome poverty together, so they could get over with poverty cooperating each other. Also, the movement brought the growth of consciousness. Specifically, ancestors thought that they have to leave excellent background so that descendants could live in a peaceful world. Under that spirit, they gained democracy from dictatorship and improved the labor environment. They held a number of demonstrations. Dictators put down them violently. In that process, many people were sacrificed. Thanks to them, we are living in a nice country now. ‘New Community Movement’ also gave citizens hardworking habits. The keynote of the movement was the belief that Korea could be a developed country soon only if they worked hard. Under that belief, they worked diligently, so finally they gained fame as ‘Asian tigers.’
‘New Community Movement’ enabled Korea to grow remarkably both in economy and spirit. Also, it sets a good example for developing countries to follow as an intensive developing strategy. About forty thousands foreigners from seventy four countries have visited Korea to study that movement. Last year, president Obama visited Kenya, and said “if you want to overcome poverty, you need to follow a good example, ‘New Community Movement’.”

Ursus Thibetanus- The Moon Bear
Have you ever seen the bear which has a half moon-shaped mark on its chest? Ursus thibetanus is a medium-sized and black bear, which is also called 'the Moon bear' and 'Asian black bear'. It has a large forehead and ears. It is usually compared with the brown bear of Eurasia due to their similar appearance, but ursus thibetanus is smaller than brown bear. Mature male is measured about 6 ft in body length in case. Its average weight is about 250 lbs. More than anything else, it has a white crescent mark, or V-shaped mark on its chest. That is why it is usually called 'the Moon bear'. Many people are fascinated by its charming chest mark. Koreans love it so much that the Korean government appointed it as a natural monument and have been protecting it carefully. But sadly, it is being endangered across the much of Asian, due to deforestation. Now only a few Asian tigers inhabit in Malaysia, North Korea, Japan, Siberia, northeastern China and the Russia far east. It is said that this Asian black bear is usually shy and cautious animal, but it is more aggressive toward humans than the brown bears of Eurasia. According to David W. Macdonald, "The Himalayan black bear is a savage animal, sometimes attacking without provocation, and inflicting horrible wounds, attacking generally the head and face with their claws, while using their teeth also on a prostrate victim." (446). It is found that they are omnivorous, so they feed on insects, bees, eggs, fruits and oak. In South Korea, there are only 10 Asian black bears. Although they are loved all over the country, nothing can revive the dead Asian black bears. So the only thing we can do for even 10 bears left is to protect a forest where they live. It is not relevant to only Korea. To prevent letting these charming bears become extinct, the effort to protect a forest is needed earnestly.

Flowers have always attracted people’s attention. In Taiwan, there are plenty of different kinds of beautiful orchids that made a great business for export. Orchids, referred to as the Orchid family and monocots, are found in the tropics, for the most are in Asia, South America, and Central America. Due to the great diversity of orchid species and its amazing beauty, orchids are popular all over the world. There are some tips about how to plant the orchids and keep them alive.
Orchids are very adaptable plants; they can be planted not only indoor, but also outdoor. Some people said that the orchids need to be planted in a greenhouse; in fact, that is not totally correct. It is true that some kinds of orchids are hard to plant, so orchids need suitable care. First of all, orchids need perfect humidity. We have to pay attention to orchids that need high humidity of no less than 50%; we should make sure it is not either too dry or too wet. Second, we need to water the orchid early in the morning before the sun comes out because the water won’t dry too fast. In addition, we have to consider about the weather in the area we live. If we live in a rainy place, then we do not need to water it often because it may kill them. Lastly, the light is important. We have to ensure that orchids can get enough light where we plant it; light will make the orchid become healthy. However, too much light can also make orchids become weak, so we just need to make sure orchid get the enough light. If the orchids seem too weak, we need to give them some fertilizers that they lack from their environment. Therefore, we should plant the perfect orchids that we want.

Giant Panda is a kind of bears, native to central-western and south-western China. Giant Panda is Chinese national treasure. In 1961, WWF established its mark on the Giant Panda. Giant Panda has become an important symbol of wildlife conservation. Giant Panda is China’s diplomatic as an important representative of friendship.
Giant Panda has a black-and-white coat. Adults measure around 1.5 meters (4.9 ft) long and around 75 centimeters (2.46 ft) tall at the shoulder, but males and females are different. Males are 10–20% larger than females. Females are generally smaller than males, and they can occasionally weigh up to 125 kg (275 pounds). Giant Panda has a body shape typical of bears. It has black fur on its ears, eye patches, muzzle, legs, arms and shoulders, and the rest of the animal’s coat is white. The scientists can’t know why pandas are black and white, it is unusual.
Giant Panda has a diet that is primarily herbivorous which consists almost exclusively of bamboo. They eat a lot of bamboo. For example, they can eat 9 to 14 kg (20 to 30 pounds) of bamboo shoots a day. However, they don’t just eat bamboo shoots, they also eat some meat like fish. Giant Panda must have at least two different species available in its range to avoid starvation because the synchronous flowering, death, and regeneration of all bamboo within a species.

My Dream Job
People always have dreams. I think that everyone has his or her own dream about job. What they want to be and what they want to do in the future, it is a question that always around our head. Some people spend their all lifetime to achieve their dreams, but some people just see them as dreams. I want to be a music designer of movie, there are my three reasons.
First, I like listening to music and watching movies. Music and movie are two big part of my life, and to be honest I can’t imagine what my life would be without music and movie because they are like water and food to me. For music, I like any kinds of music, such as POP, R&B, Hip-Pop, electronic, rock, soundtrack, classic, blues, and country music. Different kinds of music make me have different feelings. When I listen to classic music, I feel comfortable like I am enjoying the sunshine. When I listen to electronic music, I feel excited like I am joining a party. In addition, I think every song has a story. For movie, I can accept any kinds of movie, such as comedy, romance, action, science fiction, war, thriller, and sad movie. I watch a movie every two days; it becomes a hobby to me. I think movies always give people different ideas and feelings, and they can change some people’s life. That is a reason that I want to be a music designer of movie.
Second, I want to work after the stage. When I was a child, I wanted to be an actress. I like acting, and I like to be the center of people. However, when I grew up, I changed. I think the people who work after the stage are the best. They don’t care whether they are famous or not, they just do their jobs. Their works are harder than actors, so they should be respected.
