Giant Panda is a kind of bears, native to central-western and south-western China. Giant Panda is Chinese national treasure. In 1961, WWF established its mark on the Giant Panda. Giant Panda has a black-and-white coat. Adults measure around 1.5 meters (4.9 ft) long and around 75 centimeters (2.46 ft) tall at the shoulder, but males and females are different. Males are 10–20% larger than females. Females are generally smaller than males, and they can occasionally weigh up to 125 kg (275 pounds). Giant Panda has a body shape typical of bears. It has black fur on its ears, eye patches, muzzle, legs, arms and shoulders, and the rest of the animal’s coat is white. The scientists can’t know why pandas are black and white, it is unusual.
Giant Panda has a diet that is primarily herbivorous which consists almost exclusively of bamboo. They eat a lot of bamboo. For example, they can eat 9 to 14 kg (20 to 30 pounds) of bamboo shoots a day. However, they don’t just eat bamboo shoots, they also eat some meat like fish. Giant Panda must have at least two different species available in its range to avoid starvation because the synchronous flowering, death, and regeneration of all bamboo within a species.
Giant Panda lives in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River because the climate is cool and moist, and the humidity at 80° or more. Giant Panda lives in central-western and south-western China. They live at 2400 to 3500 meters high mountain bamboo forests. They do activities in the region over the hillside depressions, river valley terraces.
Recently, many people are care about pandas because they are endangered. People want to know pandas more, and protect them. As we know, Giant Panda is an very cute kind of animal. However, it is bad that they are endangered species, threatened by continued habitat loss and by a very low birthrate, both in the wild and in captivity. As a result, I hope everyone can help them to give Giant Panda a wonderful homeland.

Panda are so cute. when I saw a video on youtube, it is about baby panda sneezed suddenly and scared its mom, I love them so much. However, they are endangered animals, I can't believe if one day, we can't see them anymore. People need to figure out how to save them and raise them!
